Ellen Diamond is an expert at moving. She and her family have moved 6 times in 30 years for her husband’s job, but made a permanent home for the last 19 years in the East Bay. It’s with this incredible skill at handling the stressful moving process that she wanted to help others with their transitions. She first worked as a relocation counselor for The Right Move Group before becoming a real estate agent. She discovered she loved working with families making this huge transition of moving somewhere new and wanted to take them all the way to the finish line in helping them find their next home.
Ellen stays up late at night, spending many hours researching homes and the housing market for her clients. She has worked as an agent for over 12 years. Her clients describe her compassionate nature and someone who listens and adapts to their needs.
In her free time, she loves to travel internationally with her husband. Her daughters were raised mainly in the East Bay and were educated at the local schools, but have since flown the coop!

Camellia Baray is an expert at being an advocate. With her background as a criminal defense attorney, Cammy is a staunch believer in property ownership and loves helping others buy and sell property. In fact, she left her law firm two years ago to pursue real estate full time because of this belief. She watched her parents, one an immigrant from Hong Kong and the other a first generation American from Mexico, thrive in the US by owning their home in which to raise their kids. She currently owns income property with her brothers and believes that buying real estate is a great way to accumulate wealth.
Cammy is methodical and detail-oriented with contracts and is excellent at staying on top of deadlines. At the same time, she loves remodeling and transforming a home into something wonderful. She brings humor mixed with strong competence to every sales transaction.
She is also an early riser and practices yoga (of which she is an accredited teacher) and pilates. When she’s not pouring over real estate contracts, she can be found at a pilates class, at brunch with her friends, or at her nephew’s soccer games.
Cammy also supports organizations such as Meals on Wheels, Alameda County Food Bank, Facing History and Ourselves, and Oakland Kajukenbo (an amazing local organization that provides martial arts classes for people ages 3 to adult).
